Sky has moved its Arts channel free-to-air this
year and launched several factual channels.
Sky One and Sky Atlantic, meanwhile, have
enjoyed some big hits, notably in drama with
both homegrown and US fare. Managing
Director of Content, Sky UK and Ireland, Zai
Bennet discusses where the Comcast-owned
company is at and where it’s headed.
Poppy Dixon, Sky’s newly appointed director
of documentaries and factual commissioning,
meanwhile, will discuss Sky’s increased
commitment to docs. Director of Sky Arts and
head of entertainment Phil Edgar-Jones also
joins and will lift the lid on the areas for which
he is responsible
