Charlotte Moore, BBC director of content,

nation clamoured for information as a global
pandemic took hold, and sought entertainment
during testing times.
The channel, as well as registering some
notable successes in 2020, also faces huge
challenges as viewing habits change and
making TV shows becomes more complex with
new protocols and safeguards in place.
