Hosted by journalist and author Rosamund Dean, the session will be a combination of a short presentation featuring some alarming statistics, a discussion with an incredible panel of esteemed industry figures including Karl Warner (C4), Joe Mace (ITV), Richard McKerrow (Love Productions), amd Samuel Kissous (Pernel Media), and an interactive game 'Why did this fail?' which will allow the audience and the panel to discover why some ideas never made it to screen.
