John Landgraf, Chairman of FX Networks and FX Productions will deliver The Worldview Address. In discussion with June Sarpong (pictured left), Director of Creative Diversity, BBC, Landgraf will detail how FX radically changed the demographics of its writing and directorial talent and has achieved significant critical and commercial success, in the US and internationally, in the process. Since joining FX Networks, Landgraf has increased the amount of its original programming six-fold. With a slate of award-winning shows ranging from Atlanta and What We Do in the Shadows to Damages and Sons of Anarchy, FX was the first basic cable channel to boast award-winning scripted series in both drama and comedy. FX has just received 33 Emmy® Award nominations for 2020, the most of any ad-supported basic cable network for the eighth consecutive year.
