Charlotte Moore is a regular speaker at the Edinburgh TV Festival, but this year will be speaking in her capacity as chief content officer, a role she stepped into in late 2020. With a remit to oversee all BBC network TV output, Moore will talk about the year just gone, the present, and the creative path ahead for the UK’s largest public service broadcaster.
After a period in which the BBC has brought the nation together at key moments, Moore will talk about how it can build on that connection with audiences, connect with younger viewers, and its on and off-screen efforts to make the BBC fit for purpose in a fast-changing world.
