As some sectors continue to negotiate acute skills shortages and gaps, others are facing uncertainty. How do we continue to build a pipeline for new talent, keep people in the industry throughout its highs and lows, and attract people from other sectors into television? What industry culture do we want to foster? How can we bring in fresh ideas, new perspectives, and different ways of working?
